Dr. Jose Rosas, an innovative leader in Decentralized Technologies, Quantum Computing (QC), and Cybersecurity, with over two decades in IT, he specializes in National Security and Defense while holding significant IT and Quantum Computing Intellectual Property including patents and industrial secrets. Holding a Ph.D with research focus on Quantum Verification and Quantum Cybersecurity from the University of Waterloo, Canada, he actively contributes to projects such as QRNG Networks, Decentralized Quantum Networks (DQN), and Quantum Adaptive Multifrequency Defense Systems (QAMDS).

Raúl is an Electronic Engineer, technology entrepreneur, and researcher with over 15 years of experience driving R&D and innovation in telecommunications, embedded systems, data engineering, and quantum technologies. His career spans secure mobile systems, RF engineering, and industrial-grade embedded devices, extending into the design and architecture of mission-critical systems for heavy industries, from advanced telecommunications to large-scale mining operations. He has also pioneered post-quantum cryptographic modules and FPGA/GPU-based testbeds, bridging the gap between applied research and real-world deployment. He is an alumnus of the Georgia Institute of Technology (MSc in Computer Science, MSc in Analytics & Applied Statistics, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) and the Politecnico di Milano (PhD studies in Information Technology). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechatronics and Post-Quantum Embedded Systems at the University of Waterloo, Canada. As a successful entrepreneur, Raúl has founded, raised, and sold multiple technology companies. He is now contributing as CTO of EigenQ, where he is helping to raise the bar in Quantum Technologies applied to Data Security. His expertise combines applied mathematics, machine learning, and electronics to enable the practical adoption of next-generation technologies across critical industries.

Michael Johnson serves as Chief Product Officer of EigenQ, and was appointed this position in February 2025. A visionary leader in software engineering and operational strategy, Mr. Johnson combines three decades of technical excellence with executive acumen to drive EigenQ’s mission of delivering transformative quantum and cybersecurity solutions. Prior to joining EigenQ, Mr. Johnson held the position of Director of Software Development at Lakes Environmental Software, where he pioneered the creation of scalable, web-based environmental management platforms deployed across global markets. Renowned for his mastery of object-oriented programming and software architecture, he mentored cross-functional teams of developers, fostering a culture of innovation that produced mission-critical IT solutions for government, corporate, and institutional clients. His leadership was instrumental in advancing geographic information systems (GIS) integration, real-time data analytics, and cloud-based infrastructure, culminating in co-authoring industry-leading tools such as AQMIS—a platform widely adopted for environmental management and compliance. Mr. Johnson’s expertise extends to designing complex systems that harmonize technical precision with operational scalability. His track record of managing end-to-end software lifecycles—from concept to global deployment—has positioned him as a trusted authority in aligning technological innovation with strategic business outcomes. Cristiane Lagos is the Executive Controller of EigenQ, bringing more than 25 years of financial leadership and operational discipline as Controller of a successful technology company. She has extensive expertise in corporate finance, accounting oversight, compliance, budgeting, and business administration, helping shape industry-leading solutions while supporting sustainable growth, governance, and long-term organizational success.

Bryan Matthews serves as EigenQ’s Chief Revenue Officer and was appointed to these positions in February 2025. A seasoned leader in federal procurement and strategic program management, Mr. Matthews brings over 26 years of experience directing high-stakes initiatives for U.S. federal agencies, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with national priorities. His expertise in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and fostering public-private partnerships positions EigenQ as a trusted collaborator in advancing secure, cutting-edge technologies for government applications. Mr. Matthews has spearheaded mission-critical projects across agencies including the Department of the Interior (DOI), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Department of Defense (DOD), where he managed sensitive programs requiring stringent security protocols and meticulous oversight. As a senior procurement manager, he oversaw a $50 million portfolio, optimizing resource allocation and vendor negotiations to deliver cost-effective, high-impact solutions. His tenure as a senior program manager and product specialist further solidified his reputation for aligning technical innovation with agency-specific requirements, driving the successful deployment of large-scale systems. A recognized authority in federal contracting, Mr. Matthews has crafted and executed procurement strategies that adhere to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), ensuring compliance while mitigating risk. His strategic leadership ensures the company remains at the forefront of emerging government priorities, securing opportunities to contribute to national security, infrastructure resilience, and next-generation technological standards.

Alexander Truskovsky is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience across software engineering, security architecture, product management, and technical sales. He has contributed to the growth of Amazon’s AWS Private Certificate Authority service, advanced quantum-safe key distribution initiatives at Nokia, and played a key role in commercializing post-quantum cryptography at ISARA. He has also held technical leadership roles at BlackBerry, where he contributed to the development of security protocols and platform features, and at Oracle, where he built enterprise software systems. Alexander has further contributed to global standards development through organizations including the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), Accredited Standards Committee X9 (ASC X9), and the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA). He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Concordia University and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is the inventor on more than 20 patents in security protocols.

Rob brings over 25 years of experience in channel management, with a strong track record of building strategic OEM partner ecosystems and driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels. He has deep expertise in developing high-performing reseller, distributor, and strategic partner networks across technology and enterprise markets. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Rob excels at aligning internal teams with external partners to accelerate growth. His passion for building scalable partner programs consistently delivers value for both organizations and their customers. Prior to joining EigenQ, Rob held leadership roles in channel development and partner strategy, successfully managing key projects with organizations such as TD SYNNEX Public Sector, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Symantec —consistently achieving partner revenue targets and strengthening long-term relationships.

William (Bill) Berghoff is currently our acting Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this Mr. Berghoff served as an Advisor to the Board of Directors. He has been involved with the business in various capacities since October of 2023. Prior to joining the company Mr. Berghoff was and still serves as the Managing Member of WFB Holdings and Summit Group Holdings which are both Midwest boutique Venture Capital firms. He has extensive knowledge as it relates to sales, marketing, manufacturing, R & D, cost containment, contract negotiation and bottom line responsibility. Mr. Berghoff has vast financial market knowledge and established relationships. Bill has more than 35 years of experience in developing and managing businesses, as well as being versed in high growth situations.
